Newleaf Consulting was born from a desire to make a difference and create a place that prioritized purpose above profit. Our 'why' defines our 'how' - how we execute projects, how we show up for our clients, our partners, and each other. As a small business, we have faced many of the same challenges our clients do. We understand their pain points, concerns, and their strengths - because they are ours as well. This has helped us craft an approach that allows us meets our client's where they are and guide them to where they want to be.
